Dion Di Mucci – Still a teenager in love, at age 81 !

The year was 1967, and for a short time, the fine folks at Philco, came up with a new technology for us to listen to our favorite tunes via 4” flexi-disc records, played on a tag-along portable compact record player, (which also played conventional 12” LP’s and 7” 45 rpm singles.)  The flexi-discs boasted two songs per disc, with a stream of popular tunes from artists of the day (thanks to the Atlantic, Mercury & Roulette record labels). The fun lasted until 1969, when everyone got ‘hip’ to a new way of portable listening adventures, via cassette tapes!
